    Delivery Method: Services are provided through in-person consultations, phone calls, and secure electronic communications, depending on client preference and service requirements.
    Timelines: Upon engagement, we will provide an estimated timeline for service completion. Timelines may vary based on the complexity of the services and the timely provision of necessary information by the client.
  2. Client Responsibilities
    To ensure timely and accurate service delivery, clients are expected to: Provide all necessary documentation and information promptly.
    Respond to inquiries and requests for additional information in a timely manner.
    Review and approve documents and filings as required.
  3. Payment Terms
    Billing: Clients will receive invoices detailing the services provided. Payment is due upon receipt unless prior arrangements have been made.
    Payment Methods: We accept payments via check, credit card, and ACH transfers. Secure online payment options are available through our Pay Bill portal.
  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    Appointments: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    Service Engagements: If a client wishes to terminate an ongoing service engagement, they must provide written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be due.
  5. Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. However, if a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage them to contact us to discuss their concerns. We are committed to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
